Express Cut-Off: Express orders must be placed before 11:45am CET / 10:45am GMT for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after this time will ship the next working day.
Customs, Taxes & Regional Notes
- Non-EU Customers: You are responsible for paying any local customs duties, import taxes, or fees on receipt of goods.
- Canary Islands: Please note that the Canary Islands are outside the European Union VAT area. All shipments are subject to customs clearance and related charges.
- All consignees in the Canary Islands must be registered taxpayers with local authorities. You may be required to provide your Tax ID for clearance.
- Failure to pay local tax charges may result in your goods being returned to New Era, with all costs charged to you.
Delivery Information
- Dispatch Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 working days.
- Delivery Days: We cannot deliver on weekends, public holidays, or at specific times of day.
- Restrictions: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, BFPO addresses, or parcel lockers/packing stations.
- Safe-place delivery disclaimer: Should you select delivery to a “safe place,” neither the courier nor New Era accepts liability for any loss or damage. You proceed at your own risk.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs checks, severe weather, or peak sales periods. These are rare, usually temporary, and your order should still arrive safely.
Refunds for Non-Delivery
To allow time for delayed parcels to arrive, we generally do not issue refunds for non-delivery until 14 days have passed from the shipping date. If your order has still not arrived after this period, please contact our customer service team. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Christmas Returns Policy
To help you shop with confidence this season, we’ve extended our usual cut-off period for returns. Any purchases made online or in store between 1 November and 24 December 2025 can be returned up until 30 January 2026. For purchases made from 25 December onwards, our normal refund policy will apply.
